To register a minor, please download the document attached below, fill in the document with the necessary information and save it as a PDF. Once the PDF is ready, please contact us at saudi@highlanderadventure.com for further information.

For Pegasus format kids need to be at least 10 years old on the day of the event, and 8 years old on the first day of Orion and Lyra formats.

  PRICES:
• + 7% Active Fee for every price
• The registration prices change according to the set dates or earlier if they reach maximum capacity.

TEAM REGISTRATION:

• Available for all 3 formats from the Regular price category.
• Duo means that the team of 2 is registered - registration prices are 15% reduced.
• Trio means that the team of 3 is registered - registration prices are 20% reduced.
• Quatro means that the team of 4 is registered - registration prices are 25% reduced.
• Choose a member of your team that will make the purchase of the whole team. This person should register as a Team Captain. During the purchase, he/she is asked to name the team and make a password.
• He/she shares the name and the password with the other people in his/her team, that register as Team Members.
• Team Members register with a price of $0 but need Team's name and password in order to register.
• The maximum number of people are listed above. There can be less, but not more. In case of fewer people, the group is not entitled to the price deduction.

PAYMENT OPTION PLAN INFORMATION:

Please note that the Payment Option Plan is available for individual Pegasus registrations only. The registration confirmation email will be sent once both payments are done, but you will receive a receipt email from Active after each payment. All payments must be completed to participate in the event.

HIGHLANDER Pegasus Aseer, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia

This option is available for participants of HIGHLANDER Pegasus Aseer for participants who register on or before August 20, 2025. The payments for HIGHLANDER Pegasus Aseer will be charged on:

• 1st installment: 20.9.2025.
• 2nd installment: 20.10.2025.
