ROUTE DESCRIPTIONS
HighlanderHercules
- We will start I feel Slovenia HIGHLANDER Hercules Kamnik Savinja Alps in the beautiful surroundings of Mozirski gaj, climb first to Golte, pass the Smrekovec extinct volcano, then to Raduha and descend to the picturesque mountain village of Luče. We will continue towards Gornji Grad, across Menina planina and the village of Lipa towards Mozirje. NEW route in 2025 for the third, fourth and fifth day!
- If you would like to compare HIGHLANDER Hercules Kamniška Savinjske Alpe with Hercules in Julian Alps, this one in the Kamnik Alps is technically less demanding, but from the point of view of physical effort, it is about the same. The 2025 route is slightly LESS DEMANDING than the 2024 route.
- According to the PZS, the route is considered easy from a technical point of view, but it is necessary to be well physically prepared.

- If you would like to compare HIGHLANDER Pegasus Kamnik Savinja Alps with Pegasus in Julian Alps, this one in the Kamnik Alps is technically less demanding, but from the point of view of physical effort, it is about the same. The 2025 route is slightly LESS DEMANDING than the 2024 route.
