HIGHLANDER Annapurna Registration Details

Registering for HIGHLANDER Annapurna brings exhilarating adventure and a commitment to your physical and mental well-being. Embark on a transformative journey through the stunning Annapurna region, forging lifelong memories and friendships.

Your registration includes (items marked with * are not included in Lyra format):

1.     Cooked meals at designated campsites: Savor authentic Nepali dishes, crafted with fresh, local ingredients to celebrate the Himalayan setting. *2. Packed lunch from campsites: Lightweight, flavorful meals prepared at campsites for your daily treks, designed for freshness and convenience.

2.     Nutritious Packed Lunch for the way made at our Campsites

·       Beverages: Start your day with coffee and tea. Enjoy water, electrolyte drinks, and local herbal teas at campsites.

·       Snacks: Energy bars, fresh Himalayan fruits, and other trail-friendly treats.

·       HIGHLANDER Ranger*: Onsite overnight at each campsite for your safety (Hercules, Pegasus, Orion routes only).

·       HIGHLANDER buff*: A versatile accessory for sun protection and warmth.

·       Transportation*: Return transport from Dhampus to Pokhara at the end of the trek (Hercules, Pegasus, Orion routes only). Note: Transportation from Pokhara to the trek’s starting point (e.g., Nayapul or Kimche) is not included.

·       Educational and entertainment activities: Includes yoga sessions, talks on Himalayan culture and ecology, sustainability workshops, stargazing, and live Nepali music around campfires.

·       Luggage storage: Leave your belongings in Pokhara at the start, and we’ll ensure they’re ready for pickup at the finish.

·       HIGHLANDER Finisher pin: A unique pin awarded to those who complete the trek and earn the HIGHLANDER title.

·       HIGHLANDER Patch: A distinctive event patch to display on your backpack.

·       HIGHLANDER Certificate: A signed diploma from the HIGHLANDER CEO, commemorating your Annapurna adventure.

·       Camping fuel tank (propane for cooking)*: Provided for Hercules, Pegasus, and Orion routes, so you don’t need to source it.

·       HIGHLANDER Hiker tag, Luggage tag, GPX file, and Passport: Includes essential event information and the official GPX file for navigation via Visorando or other apps.

·       HIGHLANDER Map*: A physical map of your route (Hercules, Pegasus, Orion routes only).

·       Lifelong friendships: Unforgettable stories, photos, and memories from your Himalayan journey.

By registering, you automatically join the HIGHLANDER Club, unlocking exclusive benefits for future adventures.

HIGHLANDER 5 DAYS - Hercules Route: 12 years and older.

HIGHLANDER 3 DAYS - Pegasus Route: 10 years and older.

HIGHLANDER 2 DAYS - Orion Route: 8 years and older.

HIGHLANDER 1 DAY - Lyra Route: 8 years and older.

·       A 7% Active Fee applies to all registration prices.

·       Registration prices may change based on set deadlines or if maximum capacity is reached.

·       No price reductions are offered for opting out of included services.

Team Registration - Register 3, Get 1 Free:

·       Register a team of 4: Pay for 3 registrations, and 1 is complimentary.

·       The Team Captain registers, pays for the team, selects a team name, and creates a password during the process.

·       The Team Captain shares the team name and password with the other 3 members, who register as Team Members at $0 cost.

·       Maximum team size is 4; no price reduction for smaller teams.

·       Available for individual registrations for Hercules and Pegasus routes if registered by March 24, 2026.

·       Payments are split into two installments, selected at checkout on the online registration platform.

·       A receipt email from Active.com will be sent after each payment, with a confirmation email issued once both payments are complete.

·       Both payments must be completed to participate in the event.

o   1st installment: Due by April 22, 2026.

o   2nd installment: Due by May 23, 2026.
