REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

• Food packages (including cooked meals, backpacking food, ready-to-eat food and easy to prepare food) and water at campgrounds
• HIGHLANDER Ranger on campgrounds

• HIGHLANDER ID – detailed itinerary showing checkpoint (with dedicated checkpoint stamp areas)

MINORS:

• Minors at the event are permitted, always with a parent/guardian. Please download the document attached below, fill in the document with the necessary information and save it as a PDF. Once the PDF is ready, please contact us through usa@highlanderadventure.com for further information. The minors' age limit differs by the format. Please check the age limit below.  

Consent for minor participants:

• from 12 years old - HIGHLANDER Hercules North Lake Tahoe, USA
• from 10 years old - HIGHLANDER Pegasus North Lake Tahoe, USA

PRICES:

• + 7% Active Fee for every price
• The registration prices change according to the set dates or earlier if they reach maximum capacity.
• In case you do not wish to use a service included in the price, prices do not change.

PAYMENT OPTION PLAN INFORMATION:

The payment Option Plan is only available for HIGHLANDER Hercules and HIGHLANDER Pegasus formats, for participants who register on or before the 3rd of July, 2023. The payment will be done in three installments. Please select the payment option plan at the checkout page of the online registration. 

Please note that the confirmation email will be sent once all 3 payments are done, but you will receive a receipt email from Active after each payment. 

All three payments must be completed to participate in the event. The payments will be charged on:

• Deposit, payment 1: at the time of registration, checkout page. 
• Payment 2: will be due by the 3rd of August, 2023
• Payment 3: will be due by the 3rd of September, 2023
